From the reviews
Dr. Miles is hands down the best plastic surgeon ever. Not only is she extremely qualified but she made me feel comfortable and listened to my input about what I wanted as an end result. I can call her or her staff anytime, day or night, no questions asked. Dr.
I went here and had 2 consults with Dr.Miles, then surgery. Absolutely amazing end results. I'm trans and I was treated incredibly well and was never made to feel like I didn't belong or like I was being treated different from cis women. My end results are AMAZING and I'm so happy.
I had a nonbinary top surgery with Dr. Miranda and couldn't recommend her more highly! She listened really well, was very trans friendly, and her staff were super knowledgeable about the insurance/letter process. I have exactly the surgical outcome I wanted and couldn't be happier!
This review is my wife's review of Dr. Miranda: "I have wanted to have a breast lift all my life. I had met a nurse who had recommended Dr. Miranda because she had performed her breast lift and felt taken care of wholeheartedly but also had a beautiful outcome.
Researching a tummy tuck?
A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is major surgery with real risks and a recovery that usually runs several weeks — this page is a starting point for finding a surgeon, not medical advice. The most useful next step is a consultation, where a surgeon reviews your health history, examines you, talks through your options, and gives a personal quote. Bring questions and don't rush the decision.
Questions worth asking: Are you board-certified in plastic surgery (and can I verify it)? Where would you operate, and is the facility accredited? Can I see before-and-after photos of your own patients? What are the risks and the realistic recovery timeline for me? What's your revision policy if something needs adjusting? Whatever a listing says, always verify certification directly with the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) at abplasticsurgery.org, and discuss your candidacy, risks, and recovery with the surgeon.
