From the reviews
My rhinoplasty experience was overall fantastic! Dr. Portuese and his staff were very communicative and kind. The procedure itself was quick and smooth. I rarely experienced any pain while recovering, just lots of swelling and some bruising for a good week.
Dr. Portuese is the best plastic surgeon in Seattle! I had a revision rhinoplasty and my nose looks PERFECT. It was something I was so insecure about but he made the process easy & comfortable. His professional staff makes you feel at ease and the results are INCREDIBLE.
Truly the one of, if not the absolute best plastic surgeons you could go to in the country. I flew from the east coast to see Dr. Portuese after years of wanting a rhinoplasty. I was incredibly nervous in general and I cannot stress enough how easy and straight forward this whole process . Dr.
I am a little over two most post op and in love with my new nose/chin. I was extremely nervous because I had a large, bulbous nose with thick skin that required more than just hump removal. Ultimately, I decided to trust Dr. Portuese’s many years of experience and I’m so glad I did.
Researching a tummy tuck?
A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is major surgery with real risks and a recovery that usually runs several weeks — this page is a starting point for finding a surgeon, not medical advice. The most useful next step is a consultation, where a surgeon reviews your health history, examines you, talks through your options, and gives a personal quote. Bring questions and don't rush the decision.
Questions worth asking: Are you board-certified in plastic surgery (and can I verify it)? Where would you operate, and is the facility accredited? Can I see before-and-after photos of your own patients? What are the risks and the realistic recovery timeline for me? What's your revision policy if something needs adjusting? Whatever a listing says, always verify certification directly with the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) at abplasticsurgery.org, and discuss your candidacy, risks, and recovery with the surgeon.
