I went to SonoBello on Monday, June 17 for a consultation. I was greeted by patient care consultant, Claudette DiNatale. I met with her for about an hour. I found Claudette to be very warm and welcoming when she greeted me. This was a great first impression. While speaking with her, I never felt rushed.
I recently visited Sono Bello in Westchester and was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and professionalism displayed by both the doctor and the staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel comfortable.
Elita, stationed at the front desk greeted me with a warm and friendly smile. Elita’s demeanor coupled with the welcoming environment, helped ease my anxiety. By the time my consultation with Jessica concluded, fear turned to excitement. Her personality was contagiously energetic and friendly.
From start to finish, this was one of the best medical office experiences I’ve had. The front desk girls are helpful, sweet and responsive. Stella the office manager is great and very welcoming - she makes you feel like you’re family and really helps you understand the process of what is about to happen.
