I went in a nervous wreck and Dr. Ali talk to me every step of the way while doing the procedure. She was so gentle the entire time. I felt no pain at all getting the stent put in. I walked out feeling like, she is definitely a person who care for her patients and addresses patients concerns fully.
The office is large and was filled with many patients, but the entire place is run extremely professional. I was seen on time. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Doctor Sana Ali was very explanatory and made me feel comfortable about the procedure.
