Walking into the Sono Bello office in Lansing MI, I was very pleasantly surprised and totally impressed just with the beautiful office space, and then by the Office Mgr Shelby, who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, professional and had a beautiful personality that exuded how much she cared and really loved her…
I was nervous about my lipo, I was even about to cancel the day before my surgery. I read bad reviews online where people said you will have so much pain during the surgery and me think off canceling it. But I went through with it, I had a great experience the staff made me feel comfortable.
