LO Eye care is an excellent, professional, courteous organization. The receptionist promotes a spirit of pride and kindness. The prep team are also professional and concerned, and efficient recording every question or concern I have for the doctor.
I had lower eyelid surgery and opening up tear ducts with insertion of stent. Procedure was thoroughly explained in a manner which was understandable. I had to call Dr. Lewis 2 days after surgery. He actually has an answering service and returned my call in 11 minutes. I was extremely impressed.
Very professional and friendly people. I had eye surgery and the coordination between OL Eye and the surgery center was amazing. The surgery went as planned and I was fully informed of what was to occur. Recovery was quick n people very attentive. My follow up was a week later and also very professional.
