I checked in quickly and then was called back quickly which is always a nice thing. The nurse was polite and kind to get me started. The Dr was also kind and professional when he came in. He was personable and chatted with me before and during the check up! Great bedside manner and overall good experience.
The Kiosk was user friendly. The front Receptionist, medical staff and Tina Hall were all really nice, respectful and professional. I appreciate being seen within a decent time frame after registration was done.
My visit at Mt Vernon was exceptional. NP was very friendly, polite, respectful and knowledgeable. Office was well organized and friendly. However, my husband, who is a patient of Schweiger, called for a medication order and got the general number.
I go to Natalie Amason, who I adore. She found a little cancer spot on my face that Dr Gowen had to remove. He was wonderful as well, but his nurse, Branda, was so incredible! I was nervous, and she made the whole procedure so smooth and stress free.
