Dr. Scharf is the best. I've tried other ENTs since moving away from the area and after a year of bad experiences I'm driving 2 hours to see him again because he's the only doc I've seen who's easy to get along with and explains what he's doing or what is going on in a way I understand.

Dr. Scharf is an extrodinary surgeon. Patients come from other states to fix what other surgeons have unfortunately done to them - he is THAT GOOD! I had severe sleep apnea, sever sinusitis, many polyps removed, deviated septum and I also needed my tonsils, adnoids and uvula removed and I am 100% cured!
Within the first few minutes of meeting Doctor Richard C. Schaefer he evaluated my nose and immediately noticed it was broken & moved out of its original position and then he was able to realign it to its original position & now my nose is straight again! , great service & treatment by the doctor & staff as well.
