I spent a week in bed because I couldn't stand up. Went to emergency room that was a mistake. A few days later I called this office they saw me in a couple of hours and Dr mazzoni said he would fix my problem I was skeptical however he did some head tilting manuevers and I was 80 percent cured.
I am not sure why there are negative reviews, but I have never had any negative interactions with any of the office staff. They are always polite and get me in quickly. Dr. Richard Scharf is an excellent surgeon and physician. He made me feel very comfortable and explained the procedure I was having in great detail.
