On a scale of 1-5, I'd love to give Dr. Schiedler at least a 10. All aspects of my experience were exceptional. Her staff was supportive, knowledgeable and efficient. I was very apprehensive about having this surgery; Dr. Schiedler spoke with me at length, explaining every aspect involved.
Of all the doctors I have seen for a neurological condition (BEB) I have had for nineteen years Dr. Vivian Schiedler is the very best. When I initially called her office she spoke with me at length. On my first visit there was a mix up and I arrived a day earlier than the office schedule showed.
As a practicing cardiologist with an ectropic eyelid with persistent tearing and weeping requiring that I dab my eye frequently, I was reluctant to have anyone "mess with my eyes". I researched and found Dr. Schiedler to be the best qualified surgeon in Southern Oregon for eye-lid pathology.
Dr. Schiedler is an excellent doctor that presents "excellent bedside manner" and discusses your concerns and options in a very detailed and professional manner. She performed a lower eyelid surgery I required and it healed perfectly, without any complications. She is a gifted surgeon.
