From the reviews
There are not enough stars to begin to show the merit of Dr Heron. She is nothing short of amazing. Personally, for me, she is a miracle worker. Stern yet soft Dr Heron is the one you want if your having any work done. Her transformations have given me the comfort and confidence I never thought I could have.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Margo Herron at the Elizabeth Institute in Ashland, OR. From the very beginning, she was a true perfectionist who genuinely cared about my overall health, not just the breast augmentation procedure itself.
Wonderful and caring staff! Everyone at the Elizabeth Institute and Glow are friendly and helpful. Their recent breast cancer event was fantastic and I would recommend anyone who has breast cancer or a survivor to attend the annual event... I even reconnected with someone from high school there.
Dr. Herron is truly an exceptional plastic surgeon. From the very first consultation, it was clear how deeply she cares about achieving natural, beautiful results—and her expertise absolutely reflects that.
Researching a tummy tuck?
A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is major surgery with real risks and a recovery that usually runs several weeks — this page is a starting point for finding a surgeon, not medical advice. The most useful next step is a consultation, where a surgeon reviews your health history, examines you, talks through your options, and gives a personal quote. Bring questions and don't rush the decision.
Questions worth asking: Are you board-certified in plastic surgery (and can I verify it)? Where would you operate, and is the facility accredited? Can I see before-and-after photos of your own patients? What are the risks and the realistic recovery timeline for me? What's your revision policy if something needs adjusting? Whatever a listing says, always verify certification directly with the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) at abplasticsurgery.org, and discuss your candidacy, risks, and recovery with the surgeon.
