From the reviews
6/11/2025…Dr. Beckenstein is truly remarkable! He takes the time to understand every aspect of my case and explains everything in detail. His bedside manner is warm and caring, and he’s incredibly thorough and professional. His staff is equally amazing, embodying all the qualities he displays. Dr.
Very pleased with Dr. Beckenstein and his nurses. He is the best and his nurses is very knowledgeable about how he works!! I would not go anywhere else. As a matter of fact… I’m paying for my daughter to have a breast reduction surgery in a couple of weeks. I only want the best for her as well.
Five stars is not enough. Dr. Beckenstein’s skill is borderline sorcery. I found this practice while searching for a a surgeon that accepted insurance. I had spent years with backaches, trouble finding bras, bathing suits, etc due to large breasts. I spent an equal amount of time looking for a surgeon.
My mom's experience at Dr. Beckenstein's office has been very professional and most importantly compassionate. She had cancer and a double mastectomy w/reconstruction ten years ago with another doctor. She had a negative experience and was very apprehensive but wanted to discuss explant surgery. Dr.
Researching a tummy tuck?
A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is major surgery with real risks and a recovery that usually runs several weeks — this page is a starting point for finding a surgeon, not medical advice. The most useful next step is a consultation, where a surgeon reviews your health history, examines you, talks through your options, and gives a personal quote. Bring questions and don't rush the decision.
Questions worth asking: Are you board-certified in plastic surgery (and can I verify it)? Where would you operate, and is the facility accredited? Can I see before-and-after photos of your own patients? What are the risks and the realistic recovery timeline for me? What's your revision policy if something needs adjusting? Whatever a listing says, always verify certification directly with the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) at abplasticsurgery.org, and discuss your candidacy, risks, and recovery with the surgeon.
