“He is highly skilled and excellent at what he does, and also one of the nicest, most caring doctors I have ever met.”
“Little to none pain and although it’s bittersweet that I’ve been released from future visits I wanted to say thanks again to you as well as your amazing staff!”
“The results of my reconstruction exceeded my expectations — the work is not only beautiful but has also helped restore my confidence and sense of self after cancer.”
From the reviews
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Sauer and his staff and his team at the hospital. I had my first carpal tunnel release surgery about 4yrs ago and no pain since and just had my other hand done and it’s been 2 weeks and healing great very little pain immediately following surgery but none now!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Sauer, his nurse Carol and the entire crew at his office. I met Dr. Sauer back in 2001 after my husband was hit by a car on his motorcycle. Dr. Sauer performed a free flap surgery on my husband's left heel in order to keep his leg from being amputated.
Dr. Paul F. Sauer is an outstanding doctor. Our son was bit in the lip by a dog, and was extremely worried about scarring. We went to the emergency room, and the doctor there called Dr. Sauer on a Friday afternoon. Dr. Sauer took the time to come to the ER to stitch our son's lip.
Dr. Sauer repaired two fingers on my right hand, trigger finger. Pre-op and post-op was handle very efficiently. Dr. Sauer has a great team of nurses and they seem very happy to be working for him. My hand healed in about one week and the scars are barely visible.
Researching a tummy tuck?
A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is major surgery with real risks and a recovery that usually runs several weeks — this page is a starting point for finding a surgeon, not medical advice. The most useful next step is a consultation, where a surgeon reviews your health history, examines you, talks through your options, and gives a personal quote. Bring questions and don't rush the decision.
Questions worth asking: Are you board-certified in plastic surgery (and can I verify it)? Where would you operate, and is the facility accredited? Can I see before-and-after photos of your own patients? What are the risks and the realistic recovery timeline for me? What's your revision policy if something needs adjusting? Whatever a listing says, always verify certification directly with the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) at abplasticsurgery.org, and discuss your candidacy, risks, and recovery with the surgeon.
