My mom is a patient of the Eye Institute. I’ve been there a few times and the front desk at times weren’t that friendly. Dr. Kirszrot has a different personality, not too friendly. However, he seems very knowledgable, honest and professional. Lillian who makes the appointments for surgery was very nice and helpful.
Doctor James Kirszrot is very professional and competent. This is my second time consulting him about an eyelid procedure. My first procedure involved correcting the problem of my lower eyelid eyelashes curling into my eye. Results were excellent with minimum discomfort.
Dr. Kirszrot and the entire staff from the front desk to the nurses were delightful to deal with. The same goes for the Ramapo Vslley Surgical Center where my surgery was performed. Everyone seemed concerned about my comfort, answered all questions, and gave substantial post-op instructions.
Dr Kirszrot listens. He explained everything with humanity. Extremely amazing bedside manner. I absolutely love the care I receive here. Thorough in the examination. The entire staff is wonderful. Highly recommend.
