From the reviews
Dr. Crimmins is Fantastic!! He was Extremely thorough and spent the time making sure I understood everything. He was Very Professional and Very Down to Earth, Friendly, and Patient with me. I must say, I had the most positive experience with a Dr. ever. Dr Crimmins is a very good listener.
I had two wonderful surgical experiences (bilateral endoscopic carpal tunnel releases—done a few months apart). I was tested thoroughly to clearly document the need (this revealed rather severe compression and obvious need for the surgery). My hospital experience was similarly rewarding, pleasant and very successful.
Dr Crimmins explained the surgery procedure at my initial appointment-I chose not to have any anesthesia and I honestly did not feel any pain during the procedure-he talked to me throughout the procedure and I was very comfortable during the entire procedure.
I went to 3 clinics and the ER and was told nothing. He held my hand and palpated my bones for less than 60 seconds and gave me diagnosis and care plan that includes surgical correction that THREE other providers missed by simply never appropriately assessing the joints in my hand. He is THAT good.
Researching a tummy tuck?
A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is major surgery with real risks and a recovery that usually runs several weeks — this page is a starting point for finding a surgeon, not medical advice. The most useful next step is a consultation, where a surgeon reviews your health history, examines you, talks through your options, and gives a personal quote. Bring questions and don't rush the decision.
Questions worth asking: Are you board-certified in plastic surgery (and can I verify it)? Where would you operate, and is the facility accredited? Can I see before-and-after photos of your own patients? What are the risks and the realistic recovery timeline for me? What's your revision policy if something needs adjusting? Whatever a listing says, always verify certification directly with the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) at abplasticsurgery.org, and discuss your candidacy, risks, and recovery with the surgeon.
