About this practice
“Myers is an excellent doctor, the procedure went well no complications he explained everything thoroughly before and after, but most of all I LOVED how.”
From the reviews
I personally chose Dr Myers for my gallbladder and hernia repair due to the good reviews and I was not disappointed. He was very thorough and informative on the day of consult.
Dr. Myers is one heck of doctor! He diagnosed my issue and had me in surgery within 2 days. I don't have any of the issues anymore due to his professionalism and knowledge. The best part is that he prayed with us before going into surgery, which I'm all for. I never had a doctor do that for me. I highly recommend him!
Dr. Myers was very thorough in explaining what happening with my body and went into detail about the procedure (gall bladder removed). I had a slight umbilical hernia so he used that to his advantage for the scope and then repaired it.
Dr. Myers is an amazing doctor. He listens, he cares, and he's an extremely talented surgeon. He removed my thyroid due to cancer and my scar is almost invisible and it's only been about 6 months since my surgery, plus I had two surgeries--he had to go back through the original incision. I would highly recommend Dr.
Researching a tummy tuck?
A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is major surgery with real risks and a recovery that usually runs several weeks — this page is a starting point for finding a surgeon, not medical advice. The most useful next step is a consultation, where a surgeon reviews your health history, examines you, talks through your options, and gives a personal quote. Bring questions and don't rush the decision.
Questions worth asking: Are you board-certified in plastic surgery (and can I verify it)? Where would you operate, and is the facility accredited? Can I see before-and-after photos of your own patients? What are the risks and the realistic recovery timeline for me? What's your revision policy if something needs adjusting? Whatever a listing says, always verify certification directly with the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) at abplasticsurgery.org, and discuss your candidacy, risks, and recovery with the surgeon.
