From the reviews
Dr. Maiorino is the best. He is very human, gentle, and professional. He answers all your questions, listens, and explains well. It was the best decision I made when I decided to have my surgery done with him. He made sure I was satisfied with my results and was well taken care of.
I had breast cancer and a bilateral mastectomy in April.I recently had breast replacement surgery. Dr. Dimercurio not only did an excellent job surgically but he was very considerate and caring about what i was going thru emotionally. He does everything possible to insure the patient's comfort.
I love Dr. D and his staff. They are very professional, kind and caring about their patients. He explained everything to my husband and I before my double mastectomy and reconstruction.
I had an amazing experience. Dr. DiMercurrio covers everything beginning to end with his procedures with absolute perfection. It's obvious he has been practicin for a long time and is very skilled at what he does along with the nurses.
Researching a tummy tuck?
A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is major surgery with real risks and a recovery that usually runs several weeks — this page is a starting point for finding a surgeon, not medical advice. The most useful next step is a consultation, where a surgeon reviews your health history, examines you, talks through your options, and gives a personal quote. Bring questions and don't rush the decision.
Questions worth asking: Are you board-certified in plastic surgery (and can I verify it)? Where would you operate, and is the facility accredited? Can I see before-and-after photos of your own patients? What are the risks and the realistic recovery timeline for me? What's your revision policy if something needs adjusting? Whatever a listing says, always verify certification directly with the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) at abplasticsurgery.org, and discuss your candidacy, risks, and recovery with the surgeon.
