Phenomenal experience meeting with Dr Luh and his team. It was clear they were a confident, well oiled machine. Made me feel seen which isn’t always the case with doctors.
Need to make the game plan more user friendly. The plan of action was briefly explained but expectations were misleading. 1st, 2nd and 3rd steps were presented as sounding like they would take place within a day or so from each other. Unexpected infections were found and delay of more than a month happened.
