I am a new patient. I needed to have a mohs procedure done before the end of the year. They were able to schedule it with several options in just a few days. All of the staff was professional, personable and welcoming. I am the guy who ask a lot of questions.
Wonderful. Love Dr. Hollmig and staff. The incision is healing nicely. His ability to utilize cartilage from my ear for the closure on my nose was absolutely magical! What a talented and creative surgeon. I also appreciated his thoughtfulness re: how it would look after the healing process.
Finding the place was a pain as my GPS took me to an apt. complex and would not find the correct address. When I called the desk they gave me a Landmark that being from Austin I did not know. If they had just told me Ascention or even Baylor Scott & White, it would have made finding them a lot easier.
Everything was excellent. All staff were helpful and enabled the procedure to go as planned. Both nurses and Dr. Fox were professional, friendly, patient and provided regular updates and detailed descriptions of the processes being completed. Very unstressful and effective.
