About this practice
From the reviews
I had the pleasure of being under Dr. Moon’s care, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. From the very beginning, Dr. Moon was incredibly thorough with every step of the procedure, making sure I fully understood what to expect and felt at ease throughout the process.
I am also a physician and I found Dr. Moon to be an exceptional provider. His initial assessment and examination were more thorough than any I've had in the Sutter Health system. He presented as current in his medical knowledge and skills.
Dr. Moon is very knowledgeable, thorough, and caring. He called me at home when I had an issue and after surgery when I had questions. He doesn't rush you, takes time to answer your questions, and as an added bonus, he's on time and has a great staff. I highly recommend him.
Dr Moon discovered my breast cancer when I was at his office for a different issue. I have annual physicals and mammograms, but having dense breasts means cancer is harder to detect. Dr Moon has been very responsive to my questions and thorough in his approach.
Researching a tummy tuck?
A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is major surgery with real risks and a recovery that usually runs several weeks — this page is a starting point for finding a surgeon, not medical advice. The most useful next step is a consultation, where a surgeon reviews your health history, examines you, talks through your options, and gives a personal quote. Bring questions and don't rush the decision.
Questions worth asking: Are you board-certified in plastic surgery (and can I verify it)? Where would you operate, and is the facility accredited? Can I see before-and-after photos of your own patients? What are the risks and the realistic recovery timeline for me? What's your revision policy if something needs adjusting? Whatever a listing says, always verify certification directly with the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) at abplasticsurgery.org, and discuss your candidacy, risks, and recovery with the surgeon.
