To the (8/18) Monday AM team, I want to say THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! You all were awesome and did a wonderful job of taking care of me (Cindy B) throughout my surgerical procedure. Each of you were very caring, exhibited great bedside manner, showed genuine concern, and made be feel at ease.
I have nothing but good things to say about my procedure today. The nurses and staff made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Check-in was easy and straightforward. They explained the process very well as this was my first ever procedure and being put under anesthesia. Before I knew it, it was finished.
I am very thankful for the staff in this place from CNA to administrative. The care provided was 5/5 the staff made me feel comfortable and safe. When I was called with to give me an arrival time they clarified my questions in regards to the prep for the colonoscopy and that was helpful.
Just had my procedure done and I have to say that it was such a pleasant experience. The staff at West Florida Surgery Center made me feel extremely comfortable and were all so kind to me during my time there. Highly recommend to others! Please rest assured that you are in good hands.
