From the reviews
I recently visited the Vanguard Skin Specialists office in Castle Rock for a routine appointment, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked into the clean, welcoming office at 1175 S Perry St, the staff was friendly, efficient, and made me feel right at home—especially impressive for a…
Vanguard Skin Specialist is an exceptional practice with highly knowledgeable and professional doctors and staff. I recently underwent a minor procedure involving cutting and stitches, and while I was naturally anxious, Dr. Adam Vaudreuil made the entire experience as comfortable as possible.
I'd give this practice a 9/10. There wasn't anything wrong, I just don't give a 10 unless I leave a place with a giant smile and my hair standing up. The check-in was friendly and smooth (do your forms online before the appointment). I felt comfortable and confident with the Dr in the treatment/exam room.
The entire staff was welcoming, kind and empathetic. I just went to get a spot checked and low and behold they had to biopsy it...which made me tear up, they did everythingthey can to comfort reassure me. I also was going to pay cash for the check up but then the biopsy made the price go up.
Researching a tummy tuck?
A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is major surgery with real risks and a recovery that usually runs several weeks — this page is a starting point for finding a surgeon, not medical advice. The most useful next step is a consultation, where a surgeon reviews your health history, examines you, talks through your options, and gives a personal quote. Bring questions and don't rush the decision.
Questions worth asking: Are you board-certified in plastic surgery (and can I verify it)? Where would you operate, and is the facility accredited? Can I see before-and-after photos of your own patients? What are the risks and the realistic recovery timeline for me? What's your revision policy if something needs adjusting? Whatever a listing says, always verify certification directly with the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) at abplasticsurgery.org, and discuss your candidacy, risks, and recovery with the surgeon.
