From the reviews
Todd Zuhlke and his team have been absolutely amazing from start to finish. He performed the reconstruction of my chest after my double mastectomy, and I couldn’t be happier with the results—I look fabulous!
Checking in was streamlined, navigation was self explanatory. The front desk personnel was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Dr Zuhlke explained in easy language what can and cannot be done, we should always have the option to decide. Professionally the Doctor was precise with what exactly to expect.
Dr. Zuhlke went above and beyond taking care of my broken wrist, which was a very complex fracture. He was thorough in explaining everything. He spent extra time during my surgery to make sure my wrist and hand will heal and be fully functional. He gave me exercises right away to start gaining mobility.
Dr. Zuhlke performed the plastic/reconstructive surgery after melanoma removal on the left side of my face. This was not an easy surgery, and some additional repair work was needed, but Dr. Zuhlke provided the utmost care and follow-up to make sure my scars were minimized.
Researching a tummy tuck?
A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is major surgery with real risks and a recovery that usually runs several weeks — this page is a starting point for finding a surgeon, not medical advice. The most useful next step is a consultation, where a surgeon reviews your health history, examines you, talks through your options, and gives a personal quote. Bring questions and don't rush the decision.
Questions worth asking: Are you board-certified in plastic surgery (and can I verify it)? Where would you operate, and is the facility accredited? Can I see before-and-after photos of your own patients? What are the risks and the realistic recovery timeline for me? What's your revision policy if something needs adjusting? Whatever a listing says, always verify certification directly with the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) at abplasticsurgery.org, and discuss your candidacy, risks, and recovery with the surgeon.
