I cannot say enough good things about the Woodruff Institute! I am traveling from out of town for my wedding and they were able to see me the same morning I called for a skin issue and saved the day!!! I was seen before my appointment time and out the door in probably 30 minutes or less.
I did a body scan with the PA there at Woodruff Institute and Kristin was very thorough in explaining the different kinds of skin spots. She froze a couple of spots on my face. She made my day when she said, “You have awesome skin.” I am 77 years old so I guess everything is relative.
Office atmosphere is warm….staff pleasant, kind, super friendly. The staff is efficient, organized, and competent in their roles. Dr Russell is exceptional….very personable….extremely knowledgeable. She takes the time to listen and explain everything. She welcomes questions/concerns….she is not rushed….
We have used this practice here in Naples on Vanderbilt for routine skin checks and several mohen surgeries and were very happy with our Dr's. and their excellence in skill and care.
