Dr. Ferro and team are fabulous. From checkin with barely any wait time and the kindness and concern with the reception area. The nurses were so pleasant attending to all needs and constantly asking if you were ok and needed anything. The location/premise is spotless and a comfortable environment.
I had a wonderful experience, Dr. Patel is a quiet, gentle doctor who puts you at ease. The anesthesiologist was superb, puts all of your worries to rest. The PA and the nurses at the surgery center were all amazing, so friendly and keep you laughing the whole time.
I took my daughter in for a procedure and the staff was extremely nice from the moment we walked in. They made her feel comfortable and kept me informed from start to finish. A huge thank you to Dr. Patel, the anesthesiologist and the awesome team of nurses! You guys rock!
