Dr. Perkins is the most effective cosmetic surgeon I have found in our town of Santa Barbara. I have lived in Santa Barbara over 25 years and I have to say I think Dr. Perkins is the most competent in the way he explains his process for the procedure that he is administering, and the results are tremendous.
When Dr. Perkins and Evolutions Medical Spa were recommended to me, I was lucky enough to be a model while Dr. Perkins trained one of his nurses in his injecting of Dysport (like Botox) method. He was very specific in his instructions. He had a step by step procedure and a philosophy of care.
Dr Perkins is the best cosmetic surgeon !!! Hands down for sure !! He bedside manner is so professional , and is so knowledgeable is his field Thank you Dr Perkins
