I received numerous texts and emails stressing the importance of arriving 30 minutes early for my appointment only to wait 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen (1 hour total wait). That was disappointing. However the receptionist apologized and admitted to the unusually long wait.

I came here for an annual eye exam/refraction under the Vision Care benefit of Scan. In checking in online I was offered an opportunity to get a new Optos scan for a nominal fee although it was made clear that it would not be covered as a preventive service under my plan.
