I went in for a consultation and had a fantastic experience! Sam at the front desk was very friendly and cheerful, even at 8 AM! Ally did my consultation, and she immediately made me feel at ease. She consulted directly with the surgeon during our time, and made *honest*, helpful recommendations.
Megan and Jenn were wonderful. I have never done anything like this before and I was nervous. They made me feel comfortable and unashamed. Their kindness felt genuine and I appreciated that a lot.
