I went in not knowing what to expect. I do not remember her name but the girl at the front desk was very pleasant and welcoming. When it was time for my appointment, Ayana was very informative and professional. She explained all the procedures, costs, recovery time and everything else that could go with it.
I became a Sono Bello client four months ago!! Best decision ever!! My procedure has been done and Im well pleased with my results and on my way to recovering!! Throughout the process everyone has been wonderful, calling to make sure Im doing good and to see if I have any questions.
From reception with Zhane to the consultation with Ayana, I felt warm and welcome, in spite of the frigid outdoor temperatures. I didnt feel rushed and I didnt feel like I waa being sold something. Ayana took time with me and we had a great conversation.
