I had my first appointment at Sono Bello to get information about the upcoming treatment, and it was a great experience thanks to Liz. She was absolutely excellent—very patient, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining every detail and step of the procedures.
From my initial consultation, I felt heard. Liz explained the procedure and answered all my questions without any pressure and with empathy and professionalism. Surgeon, nurses and especially Yelica have been wonderful support.
Liz Torres the patient care coordinator is wonderful. She communicates thoroughly regarding the procedure. The cost of the procedure is very reasonable.
