India and Chenise at the Augusta location are wonderful. Chenise took time to listen to my concerns and help me make the best plan to meet my needs at consultation. India has been wonderful at each of my visits. She gets me set up with the Ballancer Pro at my appointments and always has a smile!
I was very nervous going for my consultation but Chenise was so easy to talk to knowledgeable about the entire process and absolutely kind beyond words. She really made me feel comfortable and confident with the process. India really made the entire check out process so less stressful than most.
What a wonderful consultation. The office is clean, quiet, and calm. Chenise explained everything clearly. Absolutely no pressure at all. She answered all my questions (and I had a lot of them) with lots of information and details. She was very knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
