This was my first time ever doing laser hair removal and it was such a great experience! As soon as I walked in the staff was very welcoming and friendly. My service was provided by Madison who made sure I was comfortable the entire time.
Had the cool sculpting done back in Oct of 2024 two sessions four locations on flanks/love handles. Was sold a great idea but the actual results were a little disappointing. I have lost some weight but can still see the problem areas treated, there is a small improvement but I was expecting a better result.
I know great customer service when I receive it. I taught it and performed the duties of a senior flight attendant for Amtrak for 36 years. I was sharing and showing my most vulnerable flaws. It got tough to say a few times but Tianna never flinched.
I originally started coming here for a Lazer tattoo removal with Megan. Although an uncomfortable procedure Megan was always kind and understanding and made me feel at ease. I also started getting filler and Botox with Tessa. What a great experience. She took her time answered all my questions!
