About this practice
From the reviews
The surgeon is very professional, does an excellent job, and has very good bedside manners. He definitely comes down to your level and has some really good conversations with you. He did an excellent job with my surgery.
Amazing experience. I had a consultation with him, afterwards he worked with my "medicaid" and got my procedure approved. Then his bedside manners are just beyond wonderful. He really cared about what "I" wanted. Sometimes doctors gives you all their opinions and value little or give you 1 second to put in.
Dr. Podda is the best surgeon for plastic surgery/reconstruction. He is certainly the best there is.
Dr. Podda is a great pediatric plastic surgeon and came highly recommended from our daughter’s pediatrician and several other doctors in the state. He was wonderful with the evaluation and treatment of my daughter’s cryptotia. Her ears are now perfect after the surgery and sutures.
Researching a tummy tuck?
A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is major surgery with real risks and a recovery that usually runs several weeks — this page is a starting point for finding a surgeon, not medical advice. The most useful next step is a consultation, where a surgeon reviews your health history, examines you, talks through your options, and gives a personal quote. Bring questions and don't rush the decision.
Questions worth asking: Are you board-certified in plastic surgery (and can I verify it)? Where would you operate, and is the facility accredited? Can I see before-and-after photos of your own patients? What are the risks and the realistic recovery timeline for me? What's your revision policy if something needs adjusting? Whatever a listing says, always verify certification directly with the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) at abplasticsurgery.org, and discuss your candidacy, risks, and recovery with the surgeon.
