Dr. Hatsis (Jr.) was incredibly engaging and communicative with both my child and me—truly a pleasure. We felt heard and well cared for during the visit. I’m giving three stars solely due to the lengthy wait time.
Dr. Hatsis (sr) was very thorough and gave a good checkup. Reason for the lost star is office tries to charge for my deductible upfront (before the charge goes through my insurance and says I have one) and I see no reason for them to jump the gun and assume people won’t pay their bill, if validated.
Very efficient. Took me exactly at the time of my appointment. All the tech people were extremely polite and professional, and the doctor was wonderful. Caring and explained everything I needed from her.
