Lovely office and large open spaced waiting room. The staff up front were lovely, very patient and professional. The doctor's assistant was very good at listening and making sure that everything was included that was needed. The doctor was very thorough and comprehensive in what she was finding out.
I've been seeing Dr. Bernard Recht since my mid-twenties, and now in my late sixties, I can confidently say he is the best dermatologist around! During my last visit, the front office staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, especially when I got lost and arrived late.
Customer service was excellent, and the wait time was minimal. Dr. Simarn Chadha took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and developed an appropriate treatment plan. She was thorough in explaining my condition and the recommended course of treatment, ensuring that I understood everything.
