I originally went to the Ca Skin Institute on Samaritan Dr San Jose and was not impressed with the service as well as the Dr. I switched to the one in Saratoga and found the staff very responsive and friendly. Dr Ball strikes me as very caring with impeccable credentials.
First time patient to this facility. Staff were friendly and quick. Dr. Ball was friendly and answered my questions. She made me feel better about my health concern, without blaming me. Staff was able to get me in for a next appointment rather quickly.
Dr Ball is that rare mix to be both very calming and patient centric but also with the latest expert treatment knowledge. We a family history of sun damage and are really pleased to have her and the entire dermatology staff as wellness partners. Ron
