Dr. Ortegon did a breast reduction for me. He changed asymmetrical, large, droopy breasts into perfectly symmetrical perky smaller breasts! He did a wonderful job. Also he and office staff were all pleasant, efficient, and caring during entire process. I highly recommend him as your plastic surgeon!!
