I’ve received Botox for the past 5 years with Dr. Campano. Her medical treatment is professional, ethical, and pleasant. I am highly satisfied with her as a physician; however, her front office/ reception team needs to improve on some clinical customer service basics. 1.
Dr Campano was very delightful and knowledgeable, which made me feel very comfortable. Her staff was also very nice and kind. Overall my visit was great from the time I entered until the time I left.
My first visit to Doctor Campano's office was a pleasant one. The Staff were all kind & professional. The office very clean, and I enjoyed the video's being shared in the waiting room on great health knowledge from Dr. Campano.
It was my first time here. Dr Campano was great. She knew right away what my issue was and explained it to me in detail. I was so worried and a bit anxious about my health issue with my ears… but she was so knowledgeable and caring, it calmed me down. Her nurse was very friendly and professional.
