My initial experience with The Illinois Bone and Joint institute was amazing. I was accommodated immediately with an appointment at the earliest convenience. I visited Dr.Shah’s office for my knee issue, everything went smoothly, check in process was very fast and smooth. Dr. Shah and his staff listened to me , explained whole process, I was given opportunity to make a decision on my own to go for surgery. Dr. Shah was as great as the many people who referred me said. Listened, explained, gave choices, I love that X-rays and injections can all be done in-office same day.
