When I first met Dr. Rick J. Smith, I found him to be very friendly, and his office staff were very efficient. He was maybe a bit quiet and soft spoken, but I felt like he really knew what he was doing and had obviously done it many times before. There was a small issue with insurance, but that was solved quickly.
