Every single person who works at this office is amazing. From the front desk to the nurses and Dr.'s Jeff & Katelyn Rau, everyone is professional, kind, and genuinely cares about their patients. They make you feel comfortable, informed, and supported every step of the way.
Very professional, I have talked to a few people who said it’s cheaper going to Florida or somewhere else, but there’s no after care. I love the fact that if I had a problem or a question, I could call and if needed to go in and see the Dr. Everything was explained and there were no surprise charges.
I had the best experience from start to finish! For my consult I was very nervous, but Dr. Rau and every staff member made me completely comfortable at every step of the way. He was very professional, and addressed all of my concerns without ever making me feel pressured or rushed for my appointments.
