I had a great experience with PPSG from my first consult appt with Dr O’Brien to now anticipating my final follow up appointment. The staff were always helpful and prompt and questions were always answered.
I wish I could give Dr. Hayes more than 5 stars for this review. He performed a breast lift with a triple internal bra and the results turned out better than I could have ever imagined. He is a truly amazing surgeon and has such a great bedside manner.
If I could give them 10 stars I would, from the Initial contact all the way to my surgery they have been so incredibly professional. I knew from my consultation that Dr. Hayes was who I wanted to perform my surgery so much that I didn't even bother booking appointments with other surgeons.
Dr Zegzula, his medical assistant, and the staff at Portland Plastic Surgery Group are the absolute best. From scheduling, to working with my insurance, to advocating for my needs, to the surgery and outcome itself, I cannot imagine having a better experience.
