I was at the grocery store and Dr. Cole was there too. I saw her, but I didn't speak to her. I know how it is when you are in a hurry after work and just trying to get home. She made a point to came up to me and called me by name and asked me how I was doing. We talked for a minute and then went on with our shopping.
Very courteous and proffestional staff. The Doctor checked everything for any unusual moles on my skin from the top of my head to the soles of my feet. The doctor addressed my desire to remove a large mole on the top of cheek along with a few skin tags . I was very pleased with the entire process from begining to end.
From the young lady that checked me in , the nurse and the doctor - everyone was so nice and very professional. The facility was very neat and modern . I honestly couldn't say anything but how awesome and refreshing it is to feel important and well looked after at a dr office.
Dr. Whitney Cole is very thorough with her examinations. She takes the time to discuss what she sees and the plans for treatment. The entire team at Piedmont Plastic Surgery & Dermatology work like a well oiled machine and are very attentive.
