I walked into the office ready to have cancer removed by people I never met before. I walked in and was met by folks that were happy to see me. I was instantly comfortable. Nice people. Place was spic and span.
Well, Dr. Phelan has the best bedside manner with his patients. I have been seeing him for several years for my melanoma checks. He and his staff are very accommodating with any questions you might have and they really make you feel at ease with the examination. And he has a great sense of humour!
I am so pleased with my experience with Dr Phelan. I had a condition on the bottom of my foot that I had seen three previous doctors for. I was charged thousands of dollars for the "treatment" which included two sets of custom orthotics which did nothing. I also was charged $400 to scrape the skin off my foot.
