Our Dr. Was wonderful. I spoke with someone that just started, so wonderful. The reason I did not give you 5 stars because the receptionist was miserable and felt her interaction with older patients unkind. I think you need to replace this person as it's the first impression all people have when entering the building.

Dr. Butala is one of my favorite doctors. He is an excellent surgeon/plastic surgeon. In addition, he has a terrific bedside manner. He has gone above and beyond for what became a bit of some abnormal circumstances. Dr. Butala and his staff handled everything professionally and always so quickly.
Dr Butala is the best. He goes above and beyond to be sure his work is done well. He interacts with his patients in a friendly competent manner and explains procedures. His team is efficient, his work is perfection, and follow up makes sure of that. I highly recommend Dr Butala. It's rare to find a Dr of this caliper.
