I went to see Dr. Fang for a cyst removal which I had marked on Zocdoc but when I got there, I was told I had to make a separate appointment for the actual surgery which was strange for me as I've gotten one removed before in a different office and they were able to do it the same day.
The entire staff makes what could have been an unpleasant experience one that was pleasant. Everyone is quite caring and takes the time to make sure you understand exactly what is going on, exactly what your procedure will be, and what is expected during the healing and recovery process.
Dr. Fang and her assistant, I did not catch her name, were very nice and pleasant. Both had great patient care and bedside manner. I also told the doctor I wanted to be conservative with my treatment and she agreed. I appreciate that she respected and listened to what I said.
Outstanding care and kindness. They made you feel at ease from the time you arrive until the time you leave. I recommend Dr.Daw or anyone caring for that you are in great hands.
