I cannot recommend Dr. Liang enough. He was completely honest in my consultation and pre-surgery appointments so I was able trust that my results would match my expectations. I have had previous consultations with other surgeons and did not get the same sense of integrity from them that I did from Dr. Liang.

Dr. Liang performed a breast reconstruction for me after I had a lumpectomy. The results were excellent. He is a top notch talented and skilled surgeon with many of these surgeries under his belt. He is also kind and patient and he promptly and thoroughly addressed all of my concerns.
I'm extremely pleased with my experience getting a breast reduction with Dr. Liang and South Bay Plastic Surgeons. I had always felt that my breasts were too large for my frame and disproportionate.
