Dr. Jackson biopsied a spot on my lower eyelid. It took over a week for the results to come back, and when they did, Dr. Jackson called me personally with the results. He answered all my many questions. Dr. Jackson coordinated with my dermatologist, who removed half my lower eyelid. The following day Dr.
Dr. Ko and his staff were absolutely wonderful. He spent a great deal of time explaining the procedures, pros and cons and was especially helpful after the surgery. I had very little pain and minimal bruising, and I attribute that to careful preparations. I am really happy with the results.
