From entering into the office my 87 year old mom was treated with great respect. The receptionist, nurse and doctor all listened carefully. The doctor was very intentional on giving mom clear information on her upcoming procedure. I cannot say enough good things about the caring people at NAVA.
Dr. Vargason made the consultation process smooth and enjoyable. She presented an immense array of information about the eye anatomy and surgical processes. This aspect, along with her pleasant demeanor, made her my selected choice for an upper blepharoplasty!
Front desk receptionist was welcoming and very helpful. Appointment went well and I felt that I was receiving very good care. All my visits to NAVA have been very positive. My surgery was done quickly and I had no pain or discomfort. My questions were addressed thoroughly and everyone was kind and caring.
My experience with Dr. Vargason and the staff at NAVA was excellent. They were very patient and professional during the process of getting the pre-certification of services. There was very little discomfort during my eyelid surgery and there was very little down time during recovery.
