If I could give this office more than 5 stars I would. I got a septoplasty and cosmetic rhinoplasty add on by Dr. Kim. I was extremely nervous, but Dr. Kim and the entire staff were beyond patient, professional, and explained everything in detail. The results even early on after the surgery were amazing!
The entire staff was so very pleasant, especially the front receptionist! I was a little late to my first appointment because I got lost but I was not reprimanded for it. Instead, I was told not to stress myself and not to rush!
My first appt in this office was impressive. The office is immaculate and the staff was very friendly and professional. Dr Kim was gentle, informative and had a good bedside manner. He gave me time to answer all of my questions and concerns.
